I labeled this a Promo because of 2 reasons, 1. there is a small cut on the side of the back cover. A lot of Retail CD Singles were used as Promos to save on costs and with Roc-A-Fella records just starting up at that time, it's probably what they did. 2. This came into the radio station I was working at, at the time it came out and mostly only Promos are sent to the station for radio play.
